QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT

Since the beginning of its activity, MESDAN commitment to a continuous upgrading of its products has led the company to establish some internal procedures that could ensure a constant control on product conformity and that could guarantee their excellent quality standards.

Nowadays, the pursuit of “Excellence” is strategic for MESDAN and it aims to:

- a continuous upgrading of its products and relative manufacturing process;

- an optimization of the entire business process starting from the Research and Development up to the customer Service and Assistance;

- full compatibility with the territorial context of the manufacturing plant.

To this extent MESDAN has implemented a Quality Management System concerning the entire corporate activity and an Environmental Management system (for the manufacturing plant)adopting all the necessary precautions to guarantee environment safety and to comply with the legislation on territory safeguard.

In 2004 MESDAN obtained from Det Norske Veritas (DNV) the certifications for the Quality Management System in conformity to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 and for the Environmental Management System of its manufacturing site in conformity to UNI EN ISO 14001:1996.Since then MESDAN has successfully undergone through the periodical audits of the Certifying Body and complete reassessment of certification of its Quality Systems.

Last reassessment in 2010 in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and UNI EN ISO 14001:2004.
